- Items can be returned for a full refund within 60 days of purchase. Please See Shipping & returns page for more details on returning an item.
- Returned items must be received new condition, unwashed, unworn, free of odor/pet hair and with all original tags still attached.
- Return shipping is the customers responsibility and is non-refundable.
- We recommend shipping your return with tracking and insurance.
- Willow Lane Hat Co. is not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen packages.
- Items NOT eligible for return include: Sale/Clearance Items
