We will do our best to get your package to you as quickly as possible. Most orders are processed in 1-2 business days, excluding holidays and weekends.  We do not guarantee delivery times.

Delayed Packages-

If your package appears delayed or has not arrived within 10 business days from the shipment date, please feel free to contact us for assistance. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide further updates or assistance for packages before this timeframe. Additionally, you can complete a Help Request Form with USPS at this link: https://www.usps.com/help/missing-mail.htm

Are you the Yoakum, TX area, and need your hat quickly? We offer local pick up for select brands including Charlie 1 Horse, Stetson, Resistol, Ariat, and Kimes Ranch. Give us a call to arrange curbside pick up.

    • USPS Express 1-2 business days (No Sunday delivery).

    • UPS 2nd & Next Day Air
    • The customer will have options to upgrade shipping at their expense during check out if faster shipping is needed. 
    • If Standard Shipping is selected, the item will be shipped at the seller's discretion.
    • A tracking number will be sent to the email address entered at checkout.
    • Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and USVI is determined by the items weight and dimensions.
    • Free Shipping: Free shipping promotions are only available for customers within the continental US.
    International Shipping:
    • Shipping rates outside of the United States will be determined by the exact weight and dimensions of the package.
    •  You will need to pay duty or customs fees when your package arrives. Please check with your local authorities for more information on these charges.

    • United States, Puerto Rico, USVI, Canada, Mexico, Australia, United Kingdom, Germany, Sweden, Switzerland, Italy, Spain, Ukraine, New Zealand, Singapore, and parts of South America.

    Where will items ship from?

    • Most items ship from our warehouse in Yoakum, TX. Select items are drop shipped from Riverside, CA.

    Lost/Stolen Packages: We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. We will do everything we can to assist in filling lost or missing package inquiries with the responsible carrier. We appreciate your patience during this tedious process. Delayed packages are the responsibility of the carrier. 

    We are not responsible for items "Return to Sender".  Please double check your shipping address. If you need a package sent by a specific mail carrier please contact us prior to purchasing to verify we can accommodate. We will do everything we can to accommodate your request. If an item comes back to us return to sender you will be charged to have the item shipped again. Original shipping is non-refundable.
