We want you to love everything you get from Willow Lane! If your purchase isn't quite right, we're happy to help you with a return or exchange.

Our General 45-Day Policy

You have 45 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return or exchange.

Eligibility Checklist (Must-Haves)

To ensure your return is accepted, the item must be in new, re-sellable condition and meet all criteria:

• Condition: Must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered, with all original tags attached. Items must have no visible signs of wear including makeup, pet hair, smoke, or odors.
• Proof of Purchase: Your order confirmation or packing slip must be included.

Heads Up on Hat Boxes: Custom hat boxes are considered part of the merchandise. They must be placed inside a separate exterior protective shipping box to prevent damage during transit. Boxes returned without protection or damaged will result in a deduction from your refund.

We offer a fast, streamlined process for all returns and exchanges shipped within the U.S.

1. Submit Your Request: Start your return or exchange through our return portal.
2. Ship It Back: Print your label and send your item back to us.
3. Hat Boxes or multi-item returns may require a custom return label. Please contact us before shipping.

Return Shipping

Customers who opted in for return coverage at checkout will have their return shipping covered.
If return coverage was not selected, a $12.00 fee will apply for a prepaid return label (U.S. only).

Oversized packages (such as hat boxes) may incur additional return shipping charges based on size and weight.

Checkout+ Package Protection Claims

If you purchased Checkout+ package protection at checkout, your order may be eligible for coverage in the event of loss, theft, or damage during transit. Claims are processed directly through our package protection partner, Seel.

Final Sale & Restocking Fees

• Final Sale Items: Items marked 25% off or more (including closeouts) are not eligible for return.
• Late Returns: Returns received after the allowed return window may be subject to a restocking fee.
• Multiple Item Returns: Returns containing multiple items may be subject to a restocking fee.

*Restocking fees help cover costs associated with return processing and restoring items to new condition.*

Refunds, Exchanges, and Store Credit

• Refund Timeline: Once your return is received and inspected, please allow 2–4 business days for your refund to be processed. You will receive an email confirmation once complete.
• Refund Method: Refunds are issued to your original payment method unless store credit is selected.
• Exchanges: Exchanges are available through our return portal. You can use your return value to select a different size or style.
• Store Credit: Store credit is available as an alternative to a refund and can be used toward a future purchase.

International Returns

We do not offer prepaid labels for orders shipped outside the U.S.

• International customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and any associated fees or duties.
