Thank you for shopping with Willow Lane! Your satisfaction is our priority. While we do not offer exchanges at this time, we do accept returns. Please review our return policy below:
Holiday Returns
Starting November 1st, 2024, the return policy is extended to January 15th.
General Return Guidelines:
- To initiate a return, click the link above, enter your order details, and a printable return label will be generated.
- Merchandise must be returned in new, unworn condition with original tags attached.
- Returns must be received within 60 days of the purchase date.
- Final sale items, clearance items, and returns received after 60 days will incur a 20% restocking fee.
- Returns received beyond 90 days will not be accepted.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable. If your order initially qualified for free shipping, this amount will be deducted from your refund.
- The Willow Lane Shipping Warranty fee is non-refundable.
- Final sale items are clearly marked in the product description and are not eligible for return.
- Custom hat boxes need to be shipped in an exterior protective box. Custom boxes are considered part of the merchandise.
USA Customer Returns:
We offer prepaid return labels for a fee of $9.95, deducted from your refund. If you choose store credit, the return label fee is waived. Store credit needs to be indicated on the return form included in the box.

International Customer Returns:
- Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes. You are responsible for all associated fees.
- We cannot guarantee shipping times for international orders. Most packages arrive within 2 weeks, but this is not guaranteed.
- Refunds for international orders will be issued for the original purchase price only. We cannot refund original shipping charges, duties, taxes, or tariffs.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs and any associated fees.
Was the return a gift?
- If your hat was received as a gift and you'd like to exchange it for store credit, please fill out the designated section on the return form.
Did you receive a Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Item?
- Inspect your merchandise upon arrival. Customers have 3 days from the delivery day to report damaged or defective goods.

Refund Policy for USA & International Orders
We strive to make the return process as simple as possible. Please review the details of our refund policy below:
Refund Processing Time:
Please allow 3-5 business days for your return to be inspected and processed once received.
Return Conditions:
- Items must be returned in new, clean, unworn condition with tags still attached to be eligible for a refund.
- Orders returned outside the 60-day return window will incur a 20% restocking fee.
- Returns received 90 days after the order date will not be refunded.
- If you received a damaged or defective order a full refund, including shipping, will be issued upon delivery and inspection of the item within 3-5 business days.
USA Orders:
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless there was an error on our part.
- A return label fee of $9.95 will be deducted from your refund unless you opted for store credit, in which case the return label fee is waived.
- Orders that received free shipping will have the outbound shipping cost deducted from the refund.
International Orders:
- Refunds will be issued for the original purchase price only.
- We do not refund original shipping charges, duties, or taxes incurred on international orders.

If your package appears delayed or has not arrived within 10 business days from the shipment date, please feel free to contact us for assistance. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide further updates or assistance for packages before this timeframe.
